Was this located in the old high school building at 3rd & Pine?

The information was not included in the Minnesota Historical Society's description, but Brent Peterson says it probably was the building at Third and Pine.
I've also corrected the photo credit.
Mr. Runk didn't start taking photos until the late 1890s, Brent tells me. So it was probably "collected by" Runk for his historic collection.
Thanks, Brent.
