A 40-year-old woman was faces felony criminal sexual conduct charges after she allegedly forced a 16-year-old Stillwater boy to perform a sex act on her.

According to charges filed in Washington County District Court on Friday, Sara Meghan Henderson, told the teen if he told anyone, she would blame it on him.

Police have issued a warrant for Henderson’s arrest.

According to the criminal complaint:

Police were called at about 10:30 a.m. on April 5 to a report of a woman trying to break into an apartment in the 300 block of Laurel Street West.

When police arrived, the teen told police that Henderson was his father’s girlfriend and he didn’t want her at the apartment, because she had recently forced him into a sex act.

Henderson denied having sexual contact with the boy, the complaint states. She then told police the boy had forced himself on her.

While in jail, Henderson allegedly told the boy’s father that “she had willingly showed (the boy) her vaginal area,” during a series of phone conversations from jail, the complaint states.

Henderson was charged with one felony count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. If convicted, she faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
