Editor's Notebook: Stillwater Patch Celebrates One Year!
As Stillwater Patch celebrates its one-year anniversary, I invite you to share the things you enjoy most about Patch and what you'd like to see here in the years to come. So let's hear it, you guessed it, in the comment section below. Cheers!
Today marks the one-year anniversary of Stillwater Patch.
Yes, one more reason to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
I’d like to start by saying it’s been a lot of fun and I’m honored to tell stories and pass along relevant and timely information to the great people of the Stillwater area.
That said, I couldn’t have done it without your support and interaction.
Everyone in the Stillwater area has been very supportive of what we’re trying to do here: host a conversation about our wonderful community.
I’d also like to take the opportunity to say if you see me around town, please stop and say hello. I love interacting with my neighbors and hearing about what’s important to you.
Please know communication is always open, so feel free to give me a call at 651-261-2764 or shoot me a line via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I enjoy hearing from you on Facebook, as well.
I like to brag to my peers across the country that Stillwater folk get Patch—and your support shows with the thousands of comments, hundreds of blog posts and countless photos, events and announcements you have shared with the Patch community.
It’s truly appreciated.
I am thrilled to be here, and encourage you to tell your friends about Patch—the more connected we are, the better our community’s site will become.
As a Valley transplant, I’d like to say I really do love this community and look forward to all the exciting things to come.
And once more: thanks Stillwater.
