Zach Sobiech is back with a follow-up to "Clouds."

The Youtube video premiered Saturday night during "Up, Up, Up, A Concert for Zach" at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis.

"Fix Me Up" is a song Zach and his lifelong friend Sammy Brown wrote for each other, and recorded with Reed Redmond and their band, A Firm Handshake.

"Fix Me Up," is Sammy and Zach's goodbye song to each other," the Youtube video's description reads. "It is based on the many conversations they have had dealing with terminal illness, a refusal to let cancer define their lives, and a belief that someday they will sing together once more."

Following the unexpected success of "Clouds," more than 2 million views on youtube, the Sobiech family teamed-up with Children's Cancer Research Fund to create the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund.
