Weigh In on Brown's Creek

The Brown’s Creek Watershed District is looking for the input from the public on an implementation plan to eliminate the stressors and preserve the trout population in the creek. There will be an open house on Wednesday to discuss the project at from 4-7 p.m.

Brown's Creek Watershed District, Washington Conservation District and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency conducted a study in 2008 to find and eliminate stressors in Brown’s Creek. The results of the study found the water temperature of the creek was too warm and the water was too muddy.
