Oftentimes, you will feel it if your blood sugar is too high or too low. However, if you don’t have the precise numbers you cannot treat your blood sugar efficiently and it’s possible your blood sugar will go too high or even too low after you treat it. Thanks for sharing information.

Fresh fruits and veggies are always best, but you can substitute canned or frozen in a pinch. Instead of regular pasta, look for whole grain pasta instead. When you shop for meat, look for leaner cuts, and don't buy as much junk food. You're less likely to eat it if it's not in your house. Thanks a lot.
