Lowell Park is located in downtown Stillwater along the waterfront of the St. Croix River. This 8-acre park has several flower beds, picnic benches and tables throughout, a gazebo that is available for weddings and small gatherings, restrooms, drinking fountains, riverfront fishing and scenic views of the St. Croix.
