Stillwater Community Education to present program on how to write, publish, and sell your own ebook. A presentation on how to write, publish, and sell your ebook will be at 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., Nov. 12 at the Stillwater Area High School, 5701 Stillwater Blvd N, Stillwater MN 55082. Presented by Sybil Smith, publisher of Smith House Press, FINS Publications, and Smith House Press Publishing and Ebook Consultants, the program will include information on how to convert your manuscript into an ebook, royalty rates, costs, formats, promotion, and sales. “This is good news for authors and small independent publishers,” said Sybil. “Ebooks are easier to produce and more profitable. Authors are able to publish their work, make it visible to a worldwide audience, and possibly attract the attention of an agent or traditional publisher.” The cost of the program is $19. More About Stillwater Area High School
Stillwater Area High School offers a curriculum of more than 140 courses to students in grades 10-12. The school also offers 16 Advanced Placement courses, as well as the opportunity for students to enroll in College in the Schools and attend post-secondary institutions with tuition, fees and books paid for by District 834. The school also offers 34 varsity sports and 28 extracurricular clubs throughout the school year.
