Marketplace Home Mortgage and Alliance Title have set up a special class session with Minnesota Realty School to provide this class at no charge to our local agents. This class will fulfill your 3.75 credit hour requirement for the Residential Leasing module.

All Licensees are required to complete a 3.75 hour module on Residential Leasing before June 30, 2012.

There are many times that homeowners become landlords.  Sometimes it is a planned investment and sometimes it is not. It is possible the house they are living in has gotten too small but they cannot afford to sell it.  Renting the first home becomes an option. We are seeing an increase on the amount of renters seeking good residential rental properties.  

Having been landlords for many years, we will present a clear understanding of leasing. Learn legal and insurance and tax considerations to avoid liability for you and your client. Problems tenants?  Learn to handle tenant problems before they arise.
