How to Schedule a Visit from Police or Firefighters for Your Night to Unite Party

This year, Stillwater's community-wide event will be from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug, 6 at Washington Square Park. Those interested in scheduling a visit from police or firefighters for a neighborhood block party should do so before Aug. 1.

Believe it or not it’s mid-July and Night to Unite is just around the corner.

This year, Stillwater’s community-wide event will be from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug, 6 at Washington Square Park.

The event will include a dunk tank, a Velcro wall, a petting zoo, a K-9 demonstration, face painting, and more. Fire trucks, police cars, ambulances and vehicles from the National Guard will also be on display.

Stillwater residents wishing to register their own block party can contact Crime Prevention Officer Dan Young by email at dyoung@ci.stillwater.mn.us or by phone at (651) 351-4925 to schedule a visit from the Stillwater fire and police departments.

Those interested in scheduling a visit should do so before Aug. 1.
