Following in Lisa Rambo's shoes, the Stillwater High grad is the one to watch this season, according to her new trainer.
Tuesday marks the second episode of the new season of NBC's The Biggest Loser, with Rachel Frederickson, a 2007 graduate of Stillwater Area High School, appearing as the program's second contestant from the St. Croix Valley. (Hudson resident Lisa Rambo nearly won The Biggest Loser last season.)

Her progress:
Starting weight: 260 pounds
Current weight: 239 pounds
Weight difference: -21
Tuesday's second episode airs at 8 p.m. Central.
