She Puts Words in Zombies' Mouths on 'The Walking Dead'

Nichole Beattie grew up in Stillwater and now writes and produces the show set in a fictional town of Woodbury, KARE 11 reported.

A writer and producer of the wildly popular AMC cable series The Walking Dead was raised in Stillwater, according to KARE 11

"I'm just very proud to be from Minnesota," Nichole Beattie told the stateion. "If Stillwater is all that there is, that's a pretty great thing to have because Stillwater is a beautiful place ... But there is so much more out there in there world."

The Walking Dead is set in Woodbury, GA. How does the on-screen town compare to Woodbury, MN? Woodbury Patch answered that question in a post last month.
