Best Burger in the Valley Competition is Back

The seven participating restaurants in this year's competition include: Reve 324, Brine's Restaurant and Bar, Smalley's Caribbean Barbeque, Water Street Inn, Leo's Grill and Malt Shop, River Oasis Café, and Rafters Food & Spirits.

It’s back folks.

The fourth annual “Best Burger in the Valley” competition returns to the Stillwater community and local businesses.

All proceeds from this friendly competition benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps raise critical funds directed towards life-saving research, as well as education and care programs that aid in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis.

Currently, there is no cure for cystic fibrosis, which is a genetic, life-threatening disease affecting more than 30,000 young adults and children in the US today. Help us ‘Add Tomorrows’ for those living with cystic fibrosis, and purchase your “Best Burger in the Valley” cards today!

The competition kicks off Jan. 1, 2013 and runs through March 28. Participants are welcome to use their ‘Best Burger Cards’ to redeem a burger at each participating restaurant anytime Monday thru Thursday.

With the holiday’s right around the corner, these cards make the perfect stocking stuffer, secret Santa gift, and treat for friends and family, so buy yours today, to participate in the fantastic food, friendly rivalry, and fun, for a great cause.

Cards are being sold at four different locations off of Main Street, including KLBB Radio, Reve 324, Trade Winds Spice Company and Leo’s Grille and Malt Shop.

Participants vote for their favorite burger using the ballot number on the back of their Best Burger card by visiting www.BestBurgerintheValley.org, or by mailing the card to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Attn: Ann Westerhaus, 8011 34th Avenue S, Suite 116, Bloomington MN, 55425.

Additional donations will be gladly accepted. Voting ends April 15 and the winner will be announced in late April, so make sure to get your vote in for the best burger before then.
