The Chamber celebrates the grand opening of Spice and Tea Co. in downtown Stillwater.

The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the Grand Opening of Spice & Tea Co. in downtown Stillwater.

Here’s how the Chamber describes Spice & Tea Co.:

Specializing in the freshest and finest spices, teas, sugars, salts and blends, this one-of-a-kind shop is sure to attract patrons of the Greater Stillwater area.

Located at 212 South Main Street, the self-acclaimed "food-lovers shop" hosts a boastful selection of spices, herbs and hand-mixed blends. Every product is packaged in-house and owner, Nancy Figueroa, promises the absolute freshest product to all of her customers.

"Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the kitchen we are here to guide you in your cooking adventures" Figueroa said. "We want to help you expand your menu and introduce new tastes from around the world."

In addition to their gourmet products, Spice & Tea Co. also has an elaborate in-house kitchen that they use to promote their blends. On weekends you can catch Figueroa and other employees whipping up their famous Ancho Chili Brownies, and other goods.

This is one of our best shops downtown as it is something we use every day! We cook with the best utensils and pots using fabulous recipes that we learned in cooking class, and then we reach for those old spices in our cupboard??? No more...just buy what you need and kick up those recipes with unbelievable flavor!!!
