Small Group Personal Training at River Valley Athletic Club

There are still spots left for the Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 - 6:45 pm Strength Training Boot Camp starting January 6th. 
This group will use a variety of tools including free weights, kettlebells, TRX, Bosu and more to strengthen and tone muscles.  This will be a whole body workout each session.  This class is appropriate for those new to strength training or those looking to add variety to their current routine.
Cost is $120/month for members, $136 for non-members.
