The Stillwater City Council is giving over $1.1 million of your tax dollars to a developer to fix the Joseph Wolf Brewery into a hotel. If it was such a great investment why couldn't they secure the $10 million themselves? What's worse is we can't even look at the October 15th city council meeting to view the record of the vote:
