Moeller, along with defendants Ty Quay Forsell, 21, and Allen Michael Nelson, 19, were playing video games with a woman that lived at the residence on April 15.

The woman advised she needed to leave the residence and so the men left in Moeller's vehicle.

According to the complaint, the men returned to the home a short time later for the express purpose of stealing a rifle the woman's father kept under his bed.

Despite conflicting interviews with Stillwater police, the men agreed Moeller drove the vehicle to the home and waited outside while one or both of the other men entered the residence.

Moeller admitted to driving the vehicle to Scandia where Forsell then stashed the rifle at his grandmother's house.

Moeller's accomplice Allen Nelson was convicted of aiding and abetting second-degree burglary on Nov. 17 and ordered to spend six months in jail.

Charges are pending against Ty Forsell, but he has not been convicted of any offenses.
