Police Investigate Inmate's Death after Incident at Stillwater Prison

Officials say the inmate was injured at the prison and was taken to Region's hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Bayport Police are investigating an incident at Stillwater Prison Friday that ended with an inmate’s death.

The inmate’s identity has not been released.

Officials told the Pioneer Press that the inmate was injured at the prison and was taken to Region’s hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
