School Bus Involved in Three-Vehicle Crash, No Students Injured

The Oak Park Heights Police Department responded to a three-vehicle crash Monday afternoon involving a school bus. None of the students on the bus were injured.

A school bus carrying about 30 students was involved in a three-vehicle crash on Osgood Avenue and 62nd Street Monday afternoon in Oak Park Heights.

No students were injured in the crash, Police Chief Brian DeRosier said Tuesday morning.

Shortly before 3 p.m. Monday a 16-year-old Shorewood boy rear-ended the school bus—driven by a 60-year-old Scandia woman—that was stopped at a red light, DeRosier said. The school bus  was then pushed into a third vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Stillwater girl.
