“We do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash,” Mueller said.

An 18-year-old Apple Valley woman was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Deputies believe speed may have played a role in the crash, but no criminal charges have been filed at this point in the investigation, Mueller said. The State Patrol is reconstructing the crash scene.
