Stillwater Man Cited for Partying in the Nude at the Freight House

A 21-year-old Stillwater man was cited for disorderly conduct after he allegedly ran up the stairs and onto the Freight House dance floor nude early Sunday morning.

A 21-year-old Stillwater man was arrested last weekend for partying at the Freight House—in the raw.

Just before 2 a.m. on Sunday, Stillwater police were called to the for a report of a naked man who was “pinned down on the dance floor” by a bouncer.

Freight House staff members told police that the man ran up the stairs and onto the dance floor “completely nude carrying his clothing in front of him.”

At the time there were about 15-20 patrons inside of the bar.

The bouncer detained the man and held him on the ground so he couldn’t get up until police arrived, the report states. Officers then helped the man into his boxers and transported him to jail.

The man allegedly told police he ran naked onto the dance floor "for fun."

A preliminary breath test resulted in a reading of .21, according to the police report. The man was cited for disorderly conduct and released to a “responsible party.”
