Here's a weekly listing of crime incidents and police and fire related calls in Washington County.

Oakdale

An employee at Carmike Cinemas Oakdale 20 told the Washington County dispatcher that several Carmike theaters have received bomb threats in recent weeks.

Michael Jay Aune of Oakdale was convicted of domestic assault by strangulation in Washington County District Court on Friday.

Matthew Allen Klemmer, 45, pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats with explosive devices in an incident in July.

John Lee Newton, 32, of Oakdale was convicted on a terroristic threats charge.

Here is a selection of incidents that the Oakdale Police Department responded to between Aug. 11 and Aug. 14.

The Oakdale Police Department is investigating the incident that occurred over the weekend.

Kortwyn Martin Lueck, 31, of Minneapolis is being charged in Washington County District Court for check forgery.

A Menards employee reported a shoplifter who tried to leave the store without paying for merchandise. During the arrest officers also found drugs on the shoplifter.

MidAmerica Technical and Environmental Services reported two pieces of equipment stolen between Aug. 10 and Aug 13.

Anthony Derell Perry, 28, of Minneapolis, is being charged with fifth-degree drug possession.

Two teenage suspects fled from an Oakdale resident's questioning and left behind a baggie filled with miscellaneous items.

Woodbury

The Washington County Narcotics Task Force on Wednesday arrested two men who now face second-degree drug charges.

The teenager who found the body of Timothy Michael Pease recounts the story of finding the missing snowmobiler.

Officer Jeff Gottstein owns a technology company whose records-management software is used by about 165 police departments in Minnesota.

Stillwater

The body discovered in the St. Croix River Sunday near Afton is that of a Lake St. Croix Beach snowmobiler who went missing and was presumed drowned in February 2010.

According to the Washington County Attorney's Office, the following people made their first appearance recently on felony or gross misdemeanor charges:

Bon Van Do, 21, of St. Paul Park, charged with three counts of knowingly violating predatory offender registration or providing false information and one count of theft. 

Kortwyn Martin Lueck, 31 of Minneapolis, charged with check forgery.

Audra Tamra Sue Boswell, 19, charged with fifth-degree drug possession. 

Demita Layna Loyd, 32, of Minneapolis, charged with aiding and abetting theft.

Evans Ohene, 22, of St. Paul, charged with aiding and abetting theft. 

Demontrea Jeremiah Muskon Davis, 21, of St. Paul, charged with fourth-degree drug sale.

Jason Steven Kearns, 28, of Prescott, Wis., charged with possessing a dangerous weapon and fleeing a peace officer.

Anthony Derell Perry, 29, of Minneapolis, charged with fifth-degree drug possession.

Justin Roger Capaul, 25, of Hugo, charged with aiding and abetting damage to property in the first degree.

John William Labore, 36, of White Bear Lake, charged with aiding and abetting damage to property in the first degree, obstructing the legal process and aiding and abetting assault in the fifth degree.

Stephanie Louise Bernin, 37, of Forest Lake, charged with aiding and abetting drugs in the first degree.

Darrell John Riebe, 46, of Forest Lake, charged with aiding and abetting drugs in the first degree.

Steven Franklin Minner, 60, of Little Rock, Arkansas, charged with engaging in prostitution.

Joseph Michael Shearen, 32, of Forest Lake, charged with financial transaction fraud and possession of burglary or theft tools.
