Wisconsin Man Pleads Guilty in Stillwater Cub Foods Groping Case

A 20-year-old Wisconsin man has pleaded guilty to groping women in the parking lot of Cub Foods in Stillwater.

A Wisconsin man pleaded guilty in Washington County District Court on Monday to criminal sexual conduct charges for groping women in the parking lot of Stillwater Cub Foods.

Reuben Ramcharit, 20, of Somerset, Wis., pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct and stalking. Sentencing is set for Oct. 9.

Ramcharit has been accused of groping women during incidents in other cities, as well.

The Washington County Attorney’s Office charged Ramcharit with disorderly conduct relating to an alleged groping incident at Walmart in Oak Park Heights. He has pleaded not guilty to that incident, and his next court appearance is set for Sept. 17.

According to the Pioneer Press, Ramcharit pleaded guilty to felony criminal sexual conduct charges in Ramsey County earlier this month in connection with a groping incident in Roseville. He will be sentenced in that case on Sept. 16.
