Voting Places have changed for two reasons:
1. Redistricting
2. Two polling places do not have air conditioning for the Primary Election in August, which was uncomfortable for voters and election judges.
The voting locations are:
Stillwater:
Ward 1, Precinct 1 - First United Methodist Church, 813 Myrtle Street W
Ward 1, Precinct 2 - St. Paul Lutheran Church, 605 5th Street S
Ward 2, Precinct 3 - Ascension Church, 214 3rd St N
Ward 2, Precinct 4 - Trinity Lutheran Church, 115 4th Street N
Ward 3, Precinct 5 - Stonebridge Elementary School, 900 Owens Street N
Ward 4, Precinct 7 - Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 1616 Olive Street W
Ward 4, Precinct 8 - Rutherford Elementary School, 100 School House Circle
Lily Lake and Oak Park Elementary schools are not polling places.
Oak Park Heights:
Precinct 1 - Assemblies of God Calvary Church
Precinct 2 - Oak Park Heights City Hall
Ballot Issues - Constitutional Amendments
Amendment 1: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to provide that only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Minnesota?"
Amendment 2: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to require all voters to present valid photo identification to vote and to require the state to provide free identification to eligible voters, effective July 1, 2013?"
