State Rep. Kathy Lohmer (R-Lake Elmo) is hosting a community update town hall meeting Monday regarding the health and safety concerns at Lily Lake.

The public is welcome—and encouraged—to attend.

The town hall meeting will take place Monday, Aug. 27 from 7-8 p.m. at the .

Lohmer will be accompanied by officials who will talk about the latest information on the status of Lily Lake, followed by a question and answer period.

Those expected to speak are: Stillwater Mayor Ken Harycki, Jim Koppel, Deputy Commissioner Minnesota Department of Health, Lowell Johnson, Director of Washington County Public Health and Environment, Curt Geissler, President of Lakeview Hospital and an epidemiologist from HealthPartners.
