Advertise in the Community Theatre Playbill - Deadline June 27

Greetings from Community Education!

We are offering an advertising opportunity that will reach thousands of local residents and support the Stillwater Community Theatre effort begun by Stillwater Area Public Schools Community Education department. You may have heard about or enjoyed our past summer productions of The Wizard of Oz, The Sound of Music, The Music Man, Annie and Oliver. Many of our performances have had sell-out crowds, and our audiences included adults of all ages and many young families.

Our summer production for 2013 will bring back our original title from our inaugural year, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which will run four performances over the weekend of July 11-14. Over 2000 people attended each of our prior summer productions and we expect to play to full houses again this year.

In order to keep ticket prices as affordable as possible (currently $5 for children and students, $10 for seniors and $15 for adults), we are inviting your business to become an advertising partner. A limited amount of advertising space will be available in our Joseph program on a first come, first served basis. The program will feature ads on the outer pages and the production information on the middle pages. See the enclosed form for advertising rates and dimensions.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, please call Lynne Lange at 651-351-8456 to reserve your spot immediately! Then, return the enclosed form with payment by June 27. We will be happy to design your ad for you and provide a proof for final approval if received by June 27. For print-ready ads, the submission deadline is July 1.
