Phil's Tara Hideaway took home the "Top Chef in the Valley" honors Sunday night during HSI's third annual Valley Vine Throwdown at the Lake Elmo Inn.

HSI (Human Services, Inc.) extends our grateful appreciation to all those who attended and supported  the “Valley Vine Harvest Throwdown” hosted by the Lake Elmo Inn Event Center.

This was the third annual event and we could not be more pleased with the support and attendance from our community. The energy was high with 300+ attendees and the food was nothing short of amazing!

We would like to extend a special thank you to the seven participating resturaunts taking part in the throwdown: Domacin, Lake Elmo Inn, Luna Rossa, Marx Fusion Bistro, Phil’s Tara Hideaway, San Pedro Café and Smalley’s Caribbean BBQ. Your food pleased a lot of palates that evening.
