Moustaches on the Streets!

Movember is in full swing!  As some of you may have read, a group of Lakeview Paramedics, surrounding fire departments, and local residents have gone a little Moustache Crazy.  You may see more men this month with moustache, and yes we realize a fuzzy lip may not be the latest fashion statement...but this month it is. 

We are one week into our 30 day committment to raise awareness for men's health by growing moustaches (or ladies simply promote Movember).  We have had an amazing team join us this Movember, currently we have 102 people on our team and we have raised over $5,400 that will go toward the fight against prostate (and testicular) cancer.  Our goal was $5,000 for the entire month (last year our team raised $4200), so I'm raising the stakes and hoping we can hit $10,000 (click to donate to our team) raised by our Stillwater team (Mo Medics & Mo Friends) in 2012.

Please help our effort, and don't be scared if you see more moustaches this month.  You are not in the twilight zone, you are in just part of a movement to raise awareness for men's health known as Movember.
