Movember 1/2 way down Mustache drive...

Thanks to our community for stepping up and helping us create a buzz about Movember.  Men all over the St. Croix Valley are donating there faces for fur growing fun for a great cause.  Movember is all about moustaches to raise awareness for prostate cancer and the problems associated with men's health. 

 The truth is, men are often known to be more indifferent towards their health when compared to the efforts of women, who proactively and publicly address their health issues in a way not traditionally seen with men. As a result, today the levels of awareness, understanding and funding for men’s health issues, like prostate cancer, lag significantly behind other causes.

Did you know that each Movember moustache grown in 2011 sparked a total of 2,413 conversations around men’s health?  We are trying to be that spark...and we want to shed a little light and awareness for prostate cancer.  We are paramedics, fire fighters, business owners, fathers, son's, and women that support our cause and believe in Movember...
