Monday's high will be -10 °F, with daytime wind chills as low as -44 °F.

It's Monday and it's freezing cold outside in Stillwater with a stiff wind providing dangerous wind chills and blowing snow. Expect a daytime high air temperature of -10 °F and wind chills as punishing as -44 °F.

The National Weather Service has declared a Wind Chill Warning in effect until noon on Tuesday. Stillwater Area Public Schools, like many other school districts, have cancelled classes for Monday and are keeping an eye on the arctic local forecast to decide whether to stay closed Tuesday as well.
