Smalley's Caribbean Barbeque in downtown Stillwater is throwing a viewing party on Monday May 7 for the airing of the Diner's Drive-Ins and Dives episode on the Food Network.
The Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives episode featuring Smalley’s Caribbean Barbeque and Pirate Bar in downtown Stillwater is set to air Monday, May 7—and Smalley’s is throwing a party to celebrate. A viewing party will take place from 7 p.m. to midnight on Monday, May 7. The episode, airing on the Food Network, starts at 9 p.m. and live music will start at 10 p.m., following the show. A segment of Guy Fieri's Food Network Show, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives was filmed at Smalley's Caribbean Barbeque in downtown Stillwater a couple of months ago.
A couple of months back Smalley's Caribbean Barbeque got a visit from the Food Network's Guy Fieri and the crew of Triple-D. The Food Network Show, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, hit up Smalley's in downtown Stillwater, wrapping up the shoot just before the start of the weekend's dinner rush. Diners, Drive-ins & Dives have since told Smalley's that the episode will be airing the last part of April. From what I've heard from several residents who were at the shoot enjoying wings and jerk tacos today, it's going to be one of the longest segments they've done on the show. I have lived in Stillwater my whole life and because of the "2012 Best Burger in the Valley" card that I received as a gift from my nephew, I went to Smalleys. WOW!! The burger was WONDERFUL and so was the service. I enjoyed myself so much that I took my four adult children down there to celebrate my birthday!! more ›
