Five Clips of (Purported) Paranormal Activity at Stillwater Warden's House

The Johnsdale Paranormal Group left cameras running overnight inside the local landmark, catching the sounds of ootsteps, a door and voices and glimpses of a flickering light and what could be a face.

If you missed the packed-to-the-gills presentation Saturday by the Johnsdale Paranormal Group about their ghostly research at the Warden's House (Washington Historical Society Museum) in Stillwater and elsewhere, catch up here in time for Halloween.

Watch five video clips above (or at the group's Facebook site) for sounds and sights caught by nighttime cameras at the Warden's House. Here's how the group described what's in each clip (from the top one to the bottom):

  • Footsteps and a door opening can be heard while no one is present inside the entire house.
  • You can hear whispering while the investigator is talking in this video from the wardens house.
  • An EVP [electronic voice phenomenon] can be heard at the end of the clip after we ask a question.
  • Right away on this video you can hear a woman's voice. There are no women present anywhere in the house.
  • The green light that flickers in this video is the one we captured frame by frame to see what appears to be a face.
