Herberger's Survives Monday Gas Scare, Open for Business
The discount retailer has heard the rumors, but it's doing just fine in Stillwater.
Herberger's Department Store, off Highway 36 in Stillwater, shut down Monday afternoon after a gas leak was reported at the retail center.
Customers were escorted out around 3 p.m., a representative said.
The store was back open and running on Tuesday and is stocked for Back 2 School.
No one was injured in the incident.
