Noodles & Company Opening Stillwater Doors on Nov. 18

The first 50 customers will get a free noodle bowl, swag bag and gift card.

Q. What is 3,136 square feet, has room for 78 diners, and is the 34th of its kind in Minnesota?

A. The new Stillwater Noodles & Company, now set to open on Nov. 18. 

The restaurant chain announced the opening date Tuesday in a press release.

Work has been underway at the 13301 North 60th St. near Jimmy John's and Chipotle in Oak Park Heights, but the opening date was a mystery until now. 

The restaurant serves noodle and pasta dishes from around the world.

On opening day, the restaurant will give the first 50 guests in line a free noodle bowl and swag bag with Noodles & Company t-shirt and free bowl card for future use (one prize per household). The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. 

"We are excited to bring our world of flavors to Stillwater. From healthy to indulgent, spicy to comforting, we have something for everyone, from kids to adults," said Noodles & Company spokesperson Erin Murphy in the statement.  “With a broad menu of noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches, you can get a different taste every day, in lots of different ways. It is flavors from around the world, right down the street. That’s why we’re called Your World Kitchen.”

With the Stillwater location, Minnesota will be home to about a tenth of Noodles & Company's more than 340 restaurant locations in the United States.  

The menu has 25 standard dishes and for a limited time, three fall dishes: Thai Hot Pot, Alfredo MontAmore and Pork Adobo Flatbread.
