One Way to Slow Down and Enjoy the Holiday Season

Already feeling frazzled by the holiday season? Slow down your family’s pace, find a comfortable seat and enjoy an engaging story hour by Ms. P. (a.k.a. Kristine Petersen).

For 26 years Petersen has been a beloved kindergarten teacher at Mounds Park Academy in Maplewood. She is also a life-long resident of Stillwater and an active member of the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club, a global network of community volunteers.

“Children benefit in so many ways from hearing stories read out loud! I am delighted to be able to share some of my all-time favorite books at these story hours,” said Petersen.
