Take a Virtual Trip through New Landscape at Hwy. 36 and Hwy. 95

'The landscape changes almost daily. Soon we won't remember what it used to look like!'

What's it like to drive through the new road arrangement at Hwy. 36 and Hwy. 95 in the Stillwater area?

Mike Thole made a YouTube of the experience on Tuesday and shared it on Stillwater Patch Facebook page:

"Got to be passenger last night while my son drove, so I recorded our first drive on the new eastbound side of 36 and thought for fun I'd post it for those who aren't in the area. (Mute your volume, the wind is loud.)

"Got to drive part of the new bridge approach going E on 36 to new temporary 95 intersection in Oak Park Heights. For those of you who don't drive this stretch or have moved away, things are moving along amazingly fast (it seems to me) and the landscape changes almost daily. Soon we won't remember what it used to look like!"

At about the 1:15 mark the camera goes up through the sunroof for great unobstructed views—but you'll definitely want to mute the sound at that point. (Congrats to Thole for holding onto his recording device in the wind!)
