Bambi Bumps into Lakeview Hospital Door but Trail of Blood Goes Cold
Stillwater police tracked the injured deer toward Lily Lake without success.
A deer hurt itself trying to enter Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, leaving blood on the door before evading police who attempted to dispatch it, according to an Oct. 27 Stillwater police report.
The deer was last seen heading toward Lily Lake. An officer followed the blood trail from the hospital door but never found the deer.
